Under the supervision of the Director – NexDrive Program – you will be responsible for implementing the High Voltage training program, a program that will allow NAPA to build and innovate in the electric and hybrid mobility sector. You must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, ensure the successful integration of the unit into the current offer by developing the EV training schedule and manage related operations. You will have to manage the budgets associated with the new training centres and ensure the smooth running and profitability of the NexDrive program as well as promote it.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the training course offering for the electrification unit, which includes the development of the NexDrive, High Voltage and EV certified training programs.
• Promote rigorous management of training centre operations in terms of asset control, minimizing costs and maximizing profits. Ensure a safe environment and comply with health and safety standards while raising employee awareness of the importance of a safe working environment.
• Develop all digital marketing tools and manage social media presence (website, social media, newsletters, videos, etc.). Manage communication with the media and partners.
• Coordinate training schedules with the regions and support training centres.
• Recruit, supervise and mentor employees under your responsibility: technical specialist, training and operations.

To join our team, you must have, among other things:  : 

• University or college degree in one of the following fields: business administration, marketing or any other related field (automotive or banner networks)
• Relevant experience (5 to 10 years).
• Good knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent knowledge of French and English in accordance with the national responsibilities of this position.
