In this role, you will support a dedicated group of internal customers. Your responsibilities will be to:
• Prepare and verify monthly financial statements for the business units under your responsibility;
• Conduct monthly budget variance analysis;
• Train staff in the business units under your responsibility on accounting procedures and policies and act as contact person;
• Monitor internal control policies;
• Complete required accounting reconciliations;
• Participate in various special projects (various analyses, budget preparation, etc.).

In this key role, you will:
• Verify, prepare, and approve payment slips ;
• Verify collection reports daily;
• Prepare and enter journal entries;
• Update certain accounting schedules monthly;
• Proceed with month-end accounting reports according to schedule;
• Assist the other members of the division for any specific mandate.
The incumbent will be responsible for the complete management of the EDI invoicing system. More specifically, you will:
• Follow up daily on rejected items as well as various problems related to EDI invoicing;
• Update entities in the EDI system, verify and correct invoice terms with deferred dates (‘dating’) and validate new payment terms;
• Perform and validate daily journal entries for corrections;
• Respond to various requests; (EDI invoice copies, problems, and others) by telephone, email, or other means from the personnel of the various head office departments;
• Do the accounting coding, verify, and approve the invoices processed by OCR and follow up on the different problems with the different stakeholders (customers or suppliers).
In this role you will be responsible for the management of accounts receivables of the stores and Distribution Center assigned to you according to the standards and policies established by the head office of UAP Inc.
More specifically, you will:
• Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure account payments are made, and follow up on outstanding balances;
• Provide and answer customer questions about customer accounts;
• Responsible for completing weekly reports that will be provided to managers;
• Work in collaboration with Sales Representatives, District Managers and Store Managers regarding accounts receivable;
• Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.);
• Perform any other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.
The Product Owner will work closely with the eCatalog Manager and the Digital Content Manager. This synergy will ensure that our customers have an online shopping experience that is superior to any competition in the country.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Act as the owner of the Traction, TW and Cadel e-commerce sites;
• Ensures the smooth operation of the sites and optimizes their performance;
• Proactively manage the resolution of technical issues from ticket creation to resolution;
• Ensures that all systems interact optimally: Hybris (Traction), KeCommerce (Cadel, TW), Step (PIM system), ETL, Asset Management, and others;
• Manages the development of new functionalities and improve the UX;

You will be responsible to advise and support managers and HR business partners in the application of various global compensation programs, policies and practices.

• Actively participate in the annual salary review process and management of incentive compensation programs while ensuring sound governance;
• Be a champion of the compensation structure and maintenance of compensation data in the HR information system.
The inventory planner works in close collaboration with the store owners or managers, territory sales managers and the distribution centers sales management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and optimizing the inventory planning system parameters (PULSE);
• Discussing with stores of their sales strategy according to their specific market;
• Ensuring that established deadlines are met.
Responsible for the successful delivery of the UAP’s IT projects.
In this key role, you will:
• Communicates the project portfolio plan and roadmap with all key stakeholders;
• Manages a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Coordinator(s);
• Identify and resolve issues within the portfolio, in collaboration with IT Directors and Managers and/or other stakeholders.
In this key role, you will:
• Make claims for suppliers for our warehouses;
• Follow up and research unsettled debit memos for the DCs and customers;
• Perform costing of credit for both DCs;
• Verify customer account statements and distribute them to the appropriate people;
• Prepare sales reports, when required;
• Give clerical support to supervisors concerning their reports, forms, receipts, expenses.
In this key role, you will be responsible of the entire Canadian payroll cycle, which includes:
• Act as a resource person for all payroll transactions for all payroll groups and perform year-end preparation;
• Verification of government remittances, making and preparing any other remittances;
• Roll and prepare for the update of salary scales for hourly employees;
The ideal candidate has a college or university education, combined with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
In this key role, you will:
• Ensure the supply of regular, seasonal and promotional needs.
• Maintain and optimize the parameters of the replenishment system to ensure the desired service levels and appropriate inventory rotations;
• Analyze exceptions to forecasts;
• Analyze seasonal fluctuations and customer buying patterns and make appropriate adjustments.
You will have to plan and establish the steps and processes that will allow us to carry out these projects. The ideal candidate has a college or university education, combined with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
In this key role, you will:
• Identify, plan all activities related to the implementation of systems (software), processes or developments;
• Establish and document processes and business rules;
• Monitor the progress of the project and identify corrective actions. Analyse budget and time variances.
The Product Management Technician will validate and process requests from the network, whether through research, data extraction or updates and their integration into the various systems.
Specifically, you will:
• Initiate effective collaboration with supplier touch points and various stakeholders internally and externally to UAP.
• Prepare and analyze item status changes;
• Detect and report any problems that may be related to the configuration of an item;
• Ensure the integrity of the product information in our systems and make the settings;
• Set up the supply source for our various services;
• Create new items and configure them in our systems;
• Collaborate on various multi-departmental projects.
The main responsibility of the Director of Supply Management will be to purchase goods for stores and distribution centers (DC) to support the inventory related activities of those entities.
In this key role, you will:
• Ensure good communication with all involved parties;
• Maintain business relationships with current suppliers to achieve desired service levels;
• Ensure the quick supply and replenishment for suppliers under their responsibility, considering receiving and storage capacities of stores/DCs;
• Analyze data (forecast exceptions, seasonal fluctuations, etc.);
• Maintain and optimize the parameters of the replenishment system;
• Participate in projects to improve the operations of the department and other sectors of the division.
Under the authority of the Operations Manager, you will work on identifying and improving operation processes to deliver better quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. More specifically, you will:
• Identify improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, and performance in improving process metrics;
• Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects within the Distribution Centre.
Experience
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) expertise;
• 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations management including training and development;
• Project Management experience in a warehouse/operations environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
• Call on installers to sell NAPA auto parts and programs;
• Work with various sales teams at the regional and corporate levels;
