Your responsibilities will be: 

• To process all orders received electronically, by phone, or by fax; 
• Place special orders and follow up with customers 
• Advise customers on parts required 
• Provide cost estimates based on technical data provided by the customer;  
• Provide support to field representatives

To join our team, you need: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with heavy vehicle parts (essential) 
• Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working frequently with internal customers across Canada
