Job Description
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Montréal.

Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Work closely with the District Manager, Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales
- Working with your team, you will be responsible for meeting objectives and increasing sales by promoting NAPA’s marketing programs to customers
- Recruit, develop, evaluate, train and motivate your team
- Stay abreast of market developments, product line changes, new technologies and competitor strategies
- Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
To join our team, you need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
