Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to support dynamic teams? As a Specialized Clerk in Corporate Accounting, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Accounting and Sales Quota teams. You will ensure efficient invoice processing, accurate sales quota tracking, and smooth administrative task management, collaborating with multiple departments.
Your main responsibilities:
- Review and validate account and territory modification requests submitted by Regional and National Sales Managers.
- Manage user requests through a dashboard.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on sales team activities.
- Process a high volume of invoices quickly and accurately.
- Prepare reports related to purchase cards (Pcard) and payments.
- Coordinate payment requests with the accounts payable team.
- Handle various administrative tasks (mail, document scanning, payment confirmations to suppliers).
Requirements
To join our team, you must among other things have:
- College education with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level).
- Good communication skills, able to work effectively with various departments (Finance, Sales, HR, IT, Management).
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written. In this role, you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
