Your route
Our Traction store located in Brandon MB is seeking an Account Development Specialist for a regular full-time position.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Call on installers to sell Traction parts and programs. Work with various sales teams at the regional and corporate levels.
- Implement sales development plans and support District and Regional strategies and objectives re: deployment of marketing programs and promotions.
- Work with District Sales Manager and Store managers to develop sales development plans for growing business with existing customers in his/her assigned territory.
- Gather market intelligence and report service or product issues to assigned store managers and district sales manager.
- Make pricing recommendations on accounts and assist in collections and in ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions
Salary range: $65,000 -$75,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
- Ability to travel 70% of the time within your assigned territory
About the division
The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking and construction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries. HVPD is the largest network in the country, with more than 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 TW distribution centres, over 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadel specialized parts distribution centres from coast to coast.
