Your route
We are currently looking for an Office Clerk. This is a regular part-time position located in Ottawa.

The salary for this position is from 19.15 to 21.60 per hour. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing the receipt of goods in the computer system (Karmak)
- Validating employee hours
- Tracking purchases, billing, customer accounts, and cash balancing
- Paying suppliers and making deposits
- Preparing sales reports as needed
- Performing various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.)
Under the hood
To join our team, you need:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada. (asset)
About the division
The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking and construction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries. HVPD is the largest network in the country, with more than 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 TW distribution centres, over 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadel specialized parts distribution centres from coast to coast.
