Job Description
This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in Winnipeg.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Provide routine and emergency technical support, color matching expertise, and product training to A, B, C, and D shop customers and employees.
- Support business development calls, actively participate in the conversion process of new customers, and gather market intelligence on competitive threats and trends.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Paint & Body preparation and detailing operations, and recommend best practices for preventive maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers
- Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
- Hold regular business reviews with store managers.
Requirements
To join our team, you need:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
